The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced team member to step into a Product Analyst role, where you will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing our award-winning software. Using your existing product knowledge, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting requirements for new features and improvements. You will work closely with Product Analysts, the Product Manager, developers and testers to create the best possible product for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external users, and conduct independent research to develop requirements
- Work closely with Product Analysts and the Product Manager to assess the impact of change requests on existing features and requirements
- Organise and prioritise requirements, creating detailed specifications and supporting materials
- Stay up to date with legislation, compliance and regulatory requirements affecting our products
- Work closely with developers to explore options and resolve uncertainties
- Resolve queries from the testing team that may arise as they test enhancements
- Develop and update product information for customers, including website content and emails
- Provide training on software updates and create internal documentation, while building deep knowledge in key software areas
- Investigate and diagnose software issues using your knowledge and diagnostic tools
