Your mission

As a Partner Sales Manager joining our Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent rapport building skills. You will have experience of working to targets using a variety of partner strategies and channels.

  • Partner Program Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of Dash’s partner program, ensuring it is attractive to ecommerce agencies, software providers and affiliates, and effective in driving revenue growth.
  • Revenue Generation: Driving revenue through partner channels and ensuring partners meet their sales targets.
  • Partner Identification and Acquisition: Identifying and evaluating potential ecommerce partners (resellers, referrals, affiliates), building relationships and negotiating agreements.
  • Partner & Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support, training, and resources.
  • Partner Performance Management: Monitoring partner performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through partner channels, working with partners to close deals and generate revenue.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure partner success.
  • Product Development: Contributing to the growth and development of the product using partner feedback.
  • Event Attendance: Attend relevant ecommerce events throughout the year with the objective of creating partnership connections as well as the possibility of contributing to Dash events.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Solid background in sales plus 3+ years in a SaaS partnership role, ideally in the ecommerce sector.
  • Proven success managing partnerships and building connections.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to drive revenue through partnerships.
  • Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
