The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by managing the full sales cycle -from initial contact through to close. You’ll work across both inbound leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, running demos, and guiding decision-makers through the buying process.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives in the world of sales, understands marketing and/or creative workflows, and wants to help customers solve real problems with the right tech.
What you will be responsible for

Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding agreed pipeline, revenue and sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Tools: Helping shape and implement scalable sales strategies, tools, and workflows that improve lead conversion and shorten the sales cycle.
Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously assessing and improving sales processes to drive efficiency, increase conversion rates, and reduce friction across the sales funnel.
Sales Collateral & Closing: Preparing tailored proposals, pricing, and contracts. Leading negotiations and confidently closing deals.
Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with prospects, partners, and customers by understanding their unique needs and adding value throughout the buyer journey.
Product & ICP Expertise: Leveraging your knowledge of the product and target personas to deliver compelling, relevant sales conversations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to share insights, align on strategy, and accelerate overall growth. Collaborate with our Professional Services team to ensure a smooth and positive transition from sale to onboarding for every new customer.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (SDR, AE, BDM, or similar).
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with marketing, brand, and product stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and outreach.
- Familiarity with Hubspot
