Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and highly organised Event Freelancer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Event Managers and clients to assist with the execution of various events. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, vendor coordination, and ensuring the overall success of each event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with event managers and clients to deliver every event to an exceptional standard
  • Onsite set up and pack down of equipment ensuring all equipment is set up properly and functioning safely, and then packed away ready for future events
  • Event logistics including loading and unloading of vans
  • Occasionally assist with pre-event preparation and event materials
  • Deliver activity briefings and debriefings to small groups
  • Helping to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event
  • Create a positive environment that encourages guests to communicate and collaborate effectively to complete each activity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning or project management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability to attend events on weekends and evenings when needed
  • Previous experience with corporate events and/or team building is preferred
