We're looking for a dedicated, experienced and passionate

Quality Manager to work nationally across our nursery settings, supporting our teams to deliver outstanding care and education for every child.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about quality, compliance and developing others.

In this key role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our nurseries consistently meet and exceed regulatory standards relating to learning, development, safeguarding and welfare.

You'll conduct comprehensive audits and inspections, coach and mentor nursery leaders, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, helping our settings achieve the very highest standards.

Conduct comprehensive quality assurance audits and regulatory inspections across our nursery settings in line with the EYFS Statutory Framework and inspection guidance.

Produce detailed, evidence-based reports with clear recommendations and action plans to support continuous improvement.

Support nurseries in preparing for inspections and maintaining outstanding standards every day.

Deliver training, guidance and practical support to improve teaching, learning and leadership.

Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, policies and best practice across the group.

A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).

Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Experience supporting quality improvement, coaching managers or preparing for inspections.

Excellent communication, organisation and report-writing skills.

The ability to travel nationally to support our nursery settings.
