Barnkids Nursery in Godalming is looking for an inspiring, experienced Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team and continue delivering outstanding early years care and education. The Role
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of early years professionals
- Ensure the nursery meets and exceeds all EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, safeguarding, and quality assurance
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold Barnkids’ values and standards
About You
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
- Proven experience in a nursery management or deputy management role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
- A genuine passion for early childhood development
