Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
• Inspire and support a team of early years practitioners.

• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and Health & Safety regulations.

About You

• A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior or managerial role within an early years setting.
• A confident, motivational leader with excellent team management skills.
• A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and creating a nurturing learning environment.
