Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
- Inspire and support a team of early years practitioners.

- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and Health & Safety regulations.

About You
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (essential).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior or managerial role within an early years setting.
- A confident, motivational leader with excellent team management skills.
- A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and creating a nurturing learning environment.
