About the Role: Join Bright Stars as a Quality and Regulatory Manager! This would be a regional role for Scotland, North, Midlands, South West and South East. You’ll ensure our nurseries meet regulatory standards for learning and development & safeguarding and welfare. Your role includes conducting audits and inspections, supporting and developing training, and advising on best practice to raise the quality of education further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality and regulatory audits and inspections in line with the statutory framework and the inspection handbook.
- Provide clear evidence-based reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Advise and coach nursery managers to reach their full potential and implement new strategies and initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Support quality improvement and policy development.
