We are continuing to build a bigger team of quality managers at Bright Stars and we’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Quality Manager to join our team to work nationally across our settings! In this key role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our nurseries consistently meet and exceed regulatory standards related to learning, development, safeguarding, and welfare. You’ll be responsible for conducting thorough audits and inspections, fostering a culture of excellence through coaching and training, and offering expert advice on best practices to continually enhance the quality of education we provide.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive quality and regulatory audits and inspections, adhering to the statutory framework and inspection guidelines.
- Provide clear, evidence-based reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Guide and mentor nursery managers, empowering them to reach their full potential and implement innovative strategies and initiatives.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and high-quality practice.
- Support the development of quality improvement initiatives and policies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.
