Second Steps Nursery and Afterschool Club is seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a busy early years setting. You will ensure high standards of teaching, learning and care in line with the EYFS, while maintaining effective staff deployment and safeguarding practices.
You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCo, drive inclusion, manage policy compliance and standards, and build strong partnerships with parents and external professionals.
