Bright Star Talent are currently working with a primary school in Lichfield who are looking for a reliable and friendly Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help make sure lunchtime is a safe, positive and enjoyable part of the school day.
The Role
- Supervising pupils during lunchtime and playtime.
- Monitoring the dining hall and playground.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners.
- Supporting children with any issues or concerns.
- Helping maintain a safe and positive environment.
- Reporting any incidents to the appropriate member of staff.
- Working closely with the school team to support pupils.
About You
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- Friendly, approachable and reliable.
- Confident managing children's behaviour.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
- Enhanced DBS required.
