As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will help supervise pupils during their lunch break and make sure they are safe and well supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play
- Helping to maintain a safe and positive environment
- Supporting children with any issues that may arise during lunchtime
- Encouraging good behaviour and positive interactions between pupils
- Keeping an eye on pupils in the playground, dining area and other designated areas
- Dealing calmly and appropriately with minor incidents
- Reporting any concerns to the appropriate member of staff
- Helping pupils follow the school's behaviour and safety expectations
- Supporting the school staff team where required
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Enjoys working with children
- Is friendly, approachable and patient
- Can confidently manage a group of pupils
- Has a calm and positive approach to behaviour
- Is reliable and punctual
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good communication skills
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

- DBS required
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- Right to work in the UK
