Bright Star Talent is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Children s Residential Support Workers to work within a residential setting in Lichfield (WS14), supporting children and young people. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs who are confident providing a safe, stable and supportive environment.
