The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated nursery team
- Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Ensure outstanding standards in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Oversee nursery occupancy, compliance, and operational performance
- Champion safeguarding and child wellbeing at all times

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
- Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
