I am supporting a highly organised, well-regarded, and detail-focused construction company in their search for a highly Skilled Tradesperson supporting either a carpentry or a general building background. Based in the Bromley area, this award-winning construction company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled tradesperson with strong technical abilities, a high standard of workmanship, and a professional approach. The company specialises in building residential extensions. The successful candidate will play an important role in the continued growth and development of the team.

Candidate profile:
- More than five years’ experience working on domestic construction sites as a skilled tradesperson
- Previous Working Foreman experience (ideally)
- Proven ability to interpret architectural drawings accurately
- Ability to organise appropriate materials and resources
- Ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and tools (use of own van highly desirable)
- Strong solution-led problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
- 1st / 2nd fix carpentry
- General building
