Are you a skilled electrician seeking a fresh challenge for the New Year? We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified electrician to join a highly respected and growing electrical business, based in the Tonbridge area. The company boasts 25 years’ experience in the electrical industry and serves both commercial and domestic clients across the South East region (mainly south east London, Kent, East Sussex, and Surrey).
About the Role
This exciting opportunity is being offered on a full time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday). You will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in a wide variety of settings, including homes, offices, retail outlets, schools, and industrial premises. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of working on both commercial and domestic projects and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician with City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Services or equivalent
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification
- Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
- Valid ECS/CSCS card
- Experience in both commercial and domestic electrical work
- Experience with commercial containment systems i.e. trunking, tray work
- Knowledge of current health and safety practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
