Are you a time served Electrician with solid experience in both residential and commercial installation works? Perhaps you seek a role which is more office based and less on site and on the tools? Are you looking to become an integral part of a growing business? We are seeking a Lead Electrician for a highly regarded and growing electrical business based in the Orpington (Kent) area. The company predominantly covers SE London, with occasional projects in central London, Kent and surrounding areas. The role is being offered on either an on-going sub-contractor, or, on a permanent salaried basis if preferred. The hours of work are 8am to 4pm – Monday to Friday.
Required experience and accreditations:
- Fully qualified to BS7671 - 18th Edition
- Possess C&G 2391 Test and Inspection
- Experienced in small works project management
- Surveying, estimating and quoting works
- Able to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams
- Mentor and train less experienced electricians
Using up to date systems and processes, the ideal candidate is a person who is happy to be office based, but also on-site and on the tools if required. You should already be competent in using modern tech i.e apps, systems, emails, reading drawings etc and possess a full clean driving licence, and tools.
