Are you an experienced domestic / residential electrician who enjoys working locally around the Bromley, Bexley and Croydon areas? One of my most highly regarded electrical clients is urgently seeking an experienced electrician to undertake domestic rewires, remedials, upgrades, and general electrical work. The role is being offered on either a full time, permanent basis, OR (if preferred) an on-going sub-contracted arrangement (with a generous daily rate). The majority of their work is private residential / domestic - NOT social housing. A van and fuel card are supplied!
Typically, the projects will include:
- Replacement / upgrades of domestic fuse boards
- Conducting EICRs (using EasyCert software)
- Complete and partial domestic rewires
- External lighting projects
- Internal lighting / power socket upgrades
- External power supplies
- Installation of electric vehicle charging points
- Installation of new / additional sockets and lighting points
Experience and qualifications required:
- A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience gained from within a residential Electrical environment
- Level 3 VRQ Certificate in 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- 2391 Inspect & Test β highly desirable
- Experienced in providing an excellent customer service
