Bright Side Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded, well established Mortgage business in their search for a full-time Mortgage Administrator. The company is based in Erith, Kent and the opportunity is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm. There is also the option of working on a ‘Hybrid’ (3 days from 5) structure after a qualifying period.

If you’ve got at least 12 months of Mortgage Administration experience, love using tech, have a way with words, and a sharp eye for details, we are sure they would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage mortgage applications from start to finish—keeping things organised, accurate, and stress-free for our clients from submission through to completion.
  • Keep everyone in the loop, whether it’s clients, lenders, or solicitors. Clear, upbeat communication is a must.
  • Stay on top of digital tools, CRMs, and new apps. If something can be done faster or better, we want your ideas.
  • Handle the odd hiccup with a cool head and a can-do attitude. We’re all about teamwork and lending a hand when things get busy.
What We’re After
  • At least a year’s experience in mortgage admin or something similar.
  • Previous experience in (or exposure to) Buy to Let mortgage schemes.
  • An understanding of SPV and/or HMO mortgages.
  • Confidence when speaking with landlords.
  • Tech savvy—you’re the type who enjoys learning new digital tricks.
  • Great communicator: you can keep things clear and friendly, whether in person or online.
  • Organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a supportive, relaxed team.
