We are seeking a reliable individual who possesses excellent Customer Service skills with a proven ability in employing a consultative approach to showcase a service and close the sale. Bright Side Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be assisting a growing Bromley based business in their search for a customer focused Inbound Sales Advisor. This family run business operates in a very specialist area of the home improvement installation industry. There is NO cold calling, or sales calls involved. The successful candidate will be consulting with prospective customers through self-generated inbound enquiries.
About the role
This varied, and sometimes fast paced Inbound Sales / Service role is ALL about effective communication, prioritising, estimating, and scheduling…with a little bit of sales mixed in. Here, you will be assisting potential customers who have enquired about home furniture assembly, fitting and installation services. Working with the customer’s own floor plan, you will ensure that the correct units have been chosen, all measurements are correct, then diarise the works.
