Experienced Labourer

Are you an experienced and reliable Labourer living in the Bromley, Croydon, or Lewisham area? Are you a person who turns up on time, and work ready every morning to assist highly skilled tradespeople on high end residential improvement projects? On behalf of a highly recommended, Bromley based construction business, I am seeking 2 experienced Labourers who are confident in supporting the Specialist Trades. This well-established and independent construction company is currently supporting several high end residential projects in and around Croydon, Catford, West Wickham, Beckenham etc. They have a full and exciting portfolio of projects stretching well into 2026 – This means ongoing work for 2 people who are ‘on the ball’ and 100% reliable. Please do not apply if you are just looking for something to tide you over – this is a long term gig! The types of projects include: * Single / Double / Wraparound extensions and Loft Conversions * Complete internal refurbishments including Luxury Kitchens and Bespoke Bathrooms * Room Repurposing / Garage Conversions * Office rip-outs / re-fits What you need: * Your own UTR number – essential * An incredible work ethic * A basic set of tools * Common sense, and a ‘what’s next’ attitude The experienced Labourer being sought should be confidently able support the skilled tradespeople in some of the following disciplines / trades: * General building and brickwork * Groundwork * Kitchen and Bathroom fitting * Painting & Decorating * Plaster boarding & Rendering * Internal Tiling, Grouting and Floor Screeding * Enthusiastically assist in General Labouring duties, such as site clearance, tidying, offloading delivered materials, collecting bespoke materials You will already be self-employed and have your own transport (or at least the common sense to organise your public transport route to get to site on time! An extremely competitive daily rate of pay, an incredibly experienced and skilled team of Tradespeople who are always willing to teach new skills await the chosen candidate.
