What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for customers—on the phone and face-to-face
  • Log service and repair jobs on to the system
  • Keep everyone in the loop—from the suppliers to the mechanics, and MOST importantly…the customers
  • Help schedule jobs and track progress
  • Learn how the systems work (and maybe help make them even better!)

Working hours are:

  • Monday – 8am to 5pm
  • Tuesday through to Friday – 8am to 3pm
  • 1 hour for lunch

What You’ll Learn

  • Customer service skills that genuinely impress customers
  • IT systems used in modern garages
  • How to work in a real-world business environment
  • Problem-solving like a pro
  • Loads about cars, parts, and how garages run day-to-day

You’ll Love This If You...

  • Are between 16–24 and ready to kickstart your career
  • Have GCSE passes in Maths and English
  • Are friendly, organised and love helping people
  • Have a passion for learning and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Like the idea of learning on the job instead of sitting in a classroom
  • Want to be part of a down-to-earth team that works hard and has fun doing it

What’s in it for YOU?

  • Paid training and nationally recognised qualifications
  • Garage merch and the occasional bacon butty
  • Study leave – leading to a professional NVQ in Customer Services
