About the Company
This is not your average garage. It’s a modern, clean, busy automotive garage where they keep cars and careers running smoothly. We’re seeking a confident, customer-focused apprentice to join their Service Desk team where you will develop your customer service skills. Full training will be given.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be that friendly point of contact for customers—on the phone and face-to-face
- Log service and repair jobs on to the system
- Keep everyone in the loop—from the suppliers to the mechanics, and MOST importantly…the customers
- Help schedule jobs and track progress
- Learn how the systems work (and maybe help make them even better!)
Working hours are: Monday – 8am to 5pm, Tuesday through to Friday – 8am to 3pm, 1 hour for lunch
