When it comes to Business Development, are you a ‘Hunter’, or a ‘Farmer’? If you have answered ‘Hunter’, then please read on as you could be the ideal person for this exciting and rewarding Business Development opportunity – WITHOUT the hard sales closing mentality. Are you seeking an exciting, rewarding and a ‘NON SALESY' Business Development opportunity which requires more of a consultative approach? The role would suit a person with previous experience gained in Recruitment, Estate Agency, Plant / Equipment Hire, or a similar professional business to business sales environment. If you possess the relevant experience and are seeking a change, this opportunity is most definitely worth a closer look! The annual OTE for this opportunity is between £40 to £45k. The role is based in Crossways, Dartford and is offered on a full time, permanent basis where the office hours are 8.30 to 4.30 – Monday to Friday. This is a 100% office based role (not hybrid / remote).

What’s required?

  • Previous Business to Business Sales, or Business Development experience
  • Great interpersonal and IT skills
  • The experience and confidence to make B2B outbound calls
  • A professional approach to business development
  • An intelligent vocabulary, with a clear speaking voice
  • A confident personality – looking to thrive in a positive working culture
  • Must be able to drive, or have access to a vehicle and reside within a reasonable commute of the Crossways commercial area, near Dartford
