Are you an experienced Glazier, skilled at installing office partitioning, splashbacks, and other forms of architectural glazing? Bright Side Recruitment Ltd is proud to be assisting one of Bromley’s most exciting and forward-thinking glazing specialists in their search for an experienced Glazier.
As an experienced Glazier, you will be working in and around the Southeast. The successful person will require a full (manual) UK driving licence and possess their own vehicle. A van is supplied for use on all company-related projects.
The Glazier opportunity is being offered on a full-time (Monday to Friday) basis, either self-employed OR ‘on the books’.
Responsibilities expected from an experienced Glazier include, but are not limited to:
- Carry out site surveys and produce meaningful survey paperwork for pricing and installation.
- Carry out installations of windows, doors, splashbacks and architectural glazing projects.
- Quality control of all finished products once installed onsite.
- Sign off with customers and report any issues to management, and take instruction from the office on the best way forward.
- Provide adequate paperwork that informs the office of all actions taken and any outstanding works required.
- Maintenance and usage of company vehicles to the highest standard of repair and cleanliness (company vehicles kept at offices and are not for personal use).
- Be courteous while representing the company in every way possible, including whilst driving, parking, and on-site, and in domestic properties.
Must have a full UK driver's license (Manual). Ideally, 3 years minimum experience within the glass & construction industries, and have good product knowledge. Good knowledge of relevant Building Regulations and Health & Safety. Parking on-site. CSCS training provided. Overtime is available. Career and professional development opportunities.
