The Role: As our full-time Social Video Architect, you’ll lead our video content creation, editing ads that don’t just stand out - they leap off the screen. You’ll be crafting paid social adverts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. By producing high-impact ads for our diverse, mission-driven clients, you’ll play a key role in capturing attention and driving growth. Your work will be a powerful force in stopping thumbs mid-scroll and delivering meaningful results.

  • An understanding of the unique cultural fabric of each social platform, and how to weave content that fits perfectly within it.
  • A psychological instinct when it comes to video engagement—knowing precisely how to grab and hold attention.

Intro to Bright/Shift: TLDR: We dream up, fine-tune, shoot, edit and design creative content… which just so happens to result in really effective ads, landing pages, brand films, social videos and emails. We only work with businesses whose mission is to make the world a brighter place. Our metric? As our clients grow, the positive impact they have on the world must also grow.

In a world where every piece of content has to fight fiercely for focus, the key to growth lies in impactful content that allows you to become a signal from the noise. We’re like a creative agency but built for 2025. We exist to give the businesses whose mission is to make the world a brighter place, an unfair advantage. We create for audiences and algorithms, not to win fancy awards. We create in days, not weeks (and definitely not months). In the fluid world of digital content, adaptability is key. That’s why we assemble creative teams based on the creative challenges at hand, not the other way around. We’re guided by our ROP (return on production) mindset, to maximise content opportunity at every juncture. We genuinely give a shift. We only work with 12 partners at any one time, to ensure quality and longevity.

Our Values: At the heart of Bright/Shift lies a profound belief in the transformative power of creativity as a catalyst for meaningful change. Our mission is to apply this belief to help bright businesses flourish, aiding them in scaling their operations and achieving their respective missions. We believe in ownership, which to us means excellence in our output and deep understanding of our work's context. We seek individuals who bring mastery, autonomy, and a sense of investment to their roles—because true ownership translates to work that is not only impactful but also fulfilling.

Ready to Take the Leap? If you’re ready to create content that you’ll look back on as the pinnacle of your career, we want to hear from you. We will only be reviewing candidates who send through clear examples of their work. We are looking for examples of paid social ads, social content, narrative driven edits and work that shows examples of a range of editing techniques, motion graphics, sfx, music and diversity!
