The Role: As our full-time Social Video Architect, you'll lead our video content creation, editing ads that don't just stand out - they leap off the screen. You'll be crafting paid social adverts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. By producing high-impact ads for our diverse, mission-driven clients, you'll play a key role in capturing attention and driving growth. Your work will be a powerful force in stopping thumbs mid-scroll and delivering meaningful results. But here's the twist: You won't just be producing content; you'll be pioneering it. Working alongside our top-tier team, you'll leverage insights from past performance to spearhead fresh, innovative ideas that resonate on a whole new level.

The Process:

Here's exactly what to expect:

  • Application review - We'll go through every submission and review your work examples
  • Stage 1 interview - If your work impresses us, we'll reach out to arrange an initial conversation with our Head of Post and our deputy/senior editor.
  • Creative task - Nail stage 1 and we'll send over a short task to complete in your own time
  • Final interview - We may conduct one further interview with you to tie up any further questions
  • A decision will be made - We will contact you to confirm if you have been successful or not

The Details:

  • £29,000 - £35,000 depending on experience (with a clear development path from day 1)
  • Full-time Monday - Friday 9-5:30 (35 - 37.5 hours per week)
  • Hybrid role (2-4 days in our Whitechapel office per month) we're there every Wednesday, plus the last Friday of the month for a team social
  • £400 annual budget for self-development
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
