    • Spot patterns in data and turn them into creative hypotheses.
    • Learn how to translate performance results into storytelling fuel.
  • Ideation

    • Support in developing creative routes, hooks, and visual storylines.
    • Contribute to workshops and concept decks that make clients say, “That’s the one.”
  • Briefing
    • Support writing clear, structured creative briefs for editors, designers, and creators.
    • Learn how to give useful feedback that sharpens creative output.
    • Keep projects organised and ensure the right details reach the right people on time.

  • You’re learning to connect performance data with creative ideas.
  • You bring proactive energy and curiosity to every sprint.
  • Your ideas and copy contributions start making it into final ads.
  • The PCA you work with trusts you to run smaller workstreams independently.
  • Clients and teammates feel your clarity, energy, and ownership.
  • You growing in confidence to become a fully-fledged PCA within 6 months.

Who You Are

  • You’re obsessed with social ads - how they’re made, what performs, and why.
  • You’ve maybe worked on content, creative strategy, or performance marketing - or you’ve just been nerding out on it in your own time.
  • You love creative problem-solving and want to learn how to turn data into story.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, idea-driven environment.
  • You want to grow fast, not just climb slowly.

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Private healthcare through Vitality
  • £400 annual growth fund for learning and development
  • A front-row seat to learn performance creative inside a studio that’s redefining how creativity and data work together.
