The Mission
We exist to make creativity perform. To use insight, storytelling, and experimentation to build ads that move people and move metrics. The Junior Performance Creative Alchemist learns to do just that - working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance. You’ll be trained to think like a strategist, write like a creative, and test like a performance nerd.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our team of performance creative alchemists + head of performance creative. Together, you’ll transform insights into scroll-stopping creative systems for paid social - alongside household brands like Hello Fresh and Butternut Box, as well as a host of the UK's most exciting challenger brands like Heights, Manual and Flow Neuroscience.
Your job will grow across three pillars:
- Insights
- Dive into ad accounts to learn what’s working and why.
- Spot patterns in data and turn them into creative hypotheses.
- Learn how to translate performance results into storytelling fuel.
- Ideation
- Help brainstorm creative ideas and test angles rooted in insight.
- Support in developing creative routes, hooks, and visual storylines.
- Contribute to workshops and concept decks that make clients say, “That’s the one.”
- Briefing
- Support writing clear, structured creative briefs for editors, designers, and creators.
- Learn how to give useful feedback that sharpens creative output.
- Keep projects organised and ensure the right details reach the right people on time.
