Bright Selection is recruiting for a Unit Manager to join a passionate and dynamic team at a beautiful elderly residential care home in Barnet. This role combines direct care duties with supporting the overall management of the care home to ensure it operates to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining adequate staffing levels and overseeing staff training and development.
- Assisting the Deputy and Home Manager in the efficient management of the home.
- Supervising staff and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Providing direct care on a day-to-day basis.
- Reporting directly to the Home Manager or their designated representative.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience in dementia care.
- Currently working in a supervisory role with a passion for providing high-quality care.
Contract and Remuneration:
- £35,000
- 40 hours per week
- Supernumerary hours
