We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider in Southampton for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service. The service supports 30-40 clients with a dedicated team of around 20 staff and has a Registered Manager in place. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth and development of a quality-focused care service.
The Role: You will support the Registered Manager across a range of operational responsibilities, including:
- Care coordination and rota management
- Recruitment and onboarding of care staff
- Conducting care assessments and developing care plans
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of care
The service supports elderly clients (50+) with personal care needs.
What's on Offer:
- Salary of £37,000 - £40,000
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm office-based role
- Alternate weekend cover and on-call duties

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience within domiciliary care
