This is an excellent opportunity to join a national group in their current development and innovation of their care homes. You will be reporting to the Regional Manager and supporting 6 nursing, residential and dementia homes across the South East region which covers Kent, Essex and Sussex.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Regional Manager
- Working and supporting home managers in your region to deliver high quality care outcomes and achieve/exceed CQC compliance and regulations
- Undertake investigations in relation to quality and safeguarding and report on trends
- Liaise and work with CQC in partnership with home and group management team
- Identify, praise and share good practice
- Undertake reviews and prepare reports as required for specific projects
Requirements:
- Experienced in working with home managers in supporting homes on a regional level
- Proven track record in a Care Home management role
- Qualified RGN
- Skilled in supervising staff and staff development
- NVQ 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes
Salary £72,000 plus car allowance.
