We are recruiting a Quality Systems Manager for a specialist nursing home provider with a small portfolio of services across the South. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining quality systems, governance, compliance and data analysis to identify risks, strengthen assurance processes and drive continuous improvement. Based from an office location just outside Portsmouth in Hampshire, you will work closely with operational and clinical teams across the organisation, taking ownership of the Quality Management System and helping ensure robust, effective quality and governance processes are embedded across all services.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and continually improve the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee quality assurance frameworks, audits, compliance reviews and governance processes.
  • Analyse quality, incident, safeguarding, compliance and performance data, identifying trends and areas of risk.
  • Develop and provide quality dashboards, KPIs and assurance reports for senior leadership.
  • Support investigations, root cause analysis, risk management and corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).
  • Lead quality system audits and support regulatory reviews.
  • Drive improvement projects and help embed best practice across the organisation.
