We are seeking a passionate and commercially aware Home Manager to oversee a well established residential and dementia care home in Northampton. Set within beautiful grounds and offering a warm, person centred environment, the home provides care and support for older people, including those living with complex dementia needs. As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, strong team leadership, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with an experienced regional and senior leadership team to further improve quality standards, occupancy, and staff engagement.

Key responsibilities include:
