The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a national group in their current development and innovation of their care homes. You will be reporting to the Regional Manager and supporting 6 nursing, residential and dementia homes across the South East region which covers Kent, Essex and Sussex.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Regional Manager
  • Working and supporting home managers in your region to deliver high quality care outcomes and achieve/exceed CQC compliance and regulations
  • Undertake investigations in relation to quality and safeguarding and report on trends
  • Liaise and work with CQC in partnership with home and group management team
  • Identify, praise and share good practice
  • Undertake reviews and prepare reports as required for specific projects

Requirements

  • Experienced in working with home managers in supporting homes on a regional level
  • Proven track record in a Care Home management role
  • Qualified RGN
  • Skilled in supervising staff and staff development
  • NVQ 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes
