We’re delighted to be supporting the launch of a brand-new, premium care home opening in Spring 2026 in the Telford area. Purpose-built and beautifully designed, the home will deliver exceptional residential and dementia care in a warm, supportive and luxury care environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping a new service from the ground up, building a high-performing team, creating an outstanding culture, and delivering an exceptional experience for residents and families from day one. Compensation and Benefits * £65,000 basic salary DOSE * 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will be supported to create a service that is both commercially successful and values-led. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within residential and/or dementia care * Previous commissioning experience is highly desirable * A strong track record of achieving excellent quality outcomes and inspection results * Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others * Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and person-centred care * A genuine commitment to providing outstanding resident experiences Previous commissioning experience is highly desirable; however, we are also keen to hear from experienced Home Managers who have the drive, ambition, and proven ability to successfully lead a high-quality service. Key Responsibilities * Leading the commissioning and opening phase of the home (where applicable) * Recruiting, developing and inspiring a high-quality team * Embedding a positive culture focused on dignity, respect and person-centred care * Ensuring the home is fully compliant with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements * Delivering outstanding care and promoting best practice throughout the service * Managing occupancy, quality, and financial performance in line with business objectives * Building strong relationships with residents, families, professionals and the local community We’re keen to speak with motivated, experienced Home Managers who are passionate about delivering premium care and building high-performing teams.
