A well regarded social care provider is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to lead the stabilisation and transformation of its finance function during a period of organisational change.

Working closely with the Finance Director, you will assess current processes, strengthen controls, improve reporting, develop the finance team and implement a clear improvement plan. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong operational finance leader who can quickly identify issues, drive change and deliver sustainable improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Director with a proven track record of finance transformation, process improvement and team development. Strong technical accounting, controls and change management experience is essential.
