Dementia Care ManagerFleet, Hampshire £17.00 per hour | circa £34,000 per annumFull-time | 38.5 hours per week | Alternate weekends An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Dementia Care Manager to join a growing care provider at their newest home in Fleet. The Dementia Care Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the homes residential dementia community, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, and truly person centred care. This is a highly visible leadership role combining hands-on care, team management and operational oversight. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, standards and success of the dementia community from the ground up, creating an environment where residents feel safe, understood and able to live well every day.
