An exciting opportunity has become available for a Deputy Manager to join a luxury, purpose-built elderly care home in Chelmsford.
This role offers the chance to work alongside an experienced General Manager within a high-end setting, supporting the delivery of exceptional person-centred care while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving quality, compliance, operational performance and resident satisfaction for a provider committed to delivering outstanding standards of care.
Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
Support occupancy, customer experience and commercial performance.
Lead, motivate and develop department heads and wider care teams.
Ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
Assist with budget management, rota planning and resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement through coaching, supervision and performance management.
About You Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or senior management role within elderly care.
