We're delighted to be supporting a leading UK luxury care provider with the appointment of a Home Manager for a premium, high-performing care home within the Eastern region. The home has a reputation for delivering high quality care in luxurious surroundings designed to enhance and promote resident wellbeing. Already gaining a good reputation locally, the home is still pending its first inspection but internal audits show the home is performing well. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and well-resourced elderly care provider.
As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, while being supported by an experienced and highly engaged Regional leadership team.
Package & Benefits
- £60,000-65,000 per annum
- up to 25% bonus per annum
- 36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

You will be responsible for:
