Clinical Deputy Manager required for a well-regarded, purpose-built nursing and dementia care home located just north of Mansfield. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to support its high-quality care provision. The home is Good rated with CQC, purpose built with a homely atmosphere, and offers a supportive and enriching environment for both residents and staff. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a family-run and values driven care group with a successful and high performing portfolio of care homes across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of clinical care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the home.
- Support the Home Manager in leading the team, maintaining compliance, and improving outcomes.
- Mentor and develop nursing and care staff, fostering a positive, professional culture.
- Lead on medication management, audits, and safeguarding procedures.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
- A registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Experienced in a senior clinical or deputy management role within a nursing or dementia care setting.
- Knowledgeable about current regulatory requirements and committed to person-centred care.
- A confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.
Salary/Contract:
Full-time | 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm), 3-4 days/week including alternate weekends £27.80 per hour + 10% bonus paid quarterly (based on KPI's).
