We're seeking a Clinical Practice Development Lead to lead the learning in a beautiful nursing home for older people and people living with dementia. This is a wonderful opportunity to shape the future of exceptional care.
This isn't just another training role - it's an opportunity to embed a culture of clinical excellence in a very special care home. Reporting into and working closely with the Home Manager, you will sit on the leadership team designing and delivering innovative training that empowers nursing and care teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. You'll also play a key part in shaping group-wide policies and professional development frameworks, ensuring best practice is not only taught, but lived.
The role and requirements:
- A Registered Nurse (NMC PIN essential) with a strong clinical background
- Experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes in a healthcare setting
- A creative and structured approach to learning and development, including digital tools and e-learning platforms
- A confident facilitator who can inspire, support, and lead by example
- Passion for quality, compliance, and empowering others through education
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (neg DOE)
40 hours per week | Full-time, permanent
