A highly regarded, independently owned nursing home in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead its well-established team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a care or nursing home (dementia experience desirable)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
• Financial acumen and confidence with budget management
• A passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care

Salary

• £65,000 – £80,000pa neg DOSE
• 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
