This is an excellent opportunity for an inspirational Nursing Care Manager to join a recently commissioned luxury nursing home. In this role you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead on clinical care across the home, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional, relationship-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager with responsibility for clinical care
- Lead, develop and inspire the care and clinical team
- Support recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
- Ensure safe, effective and high-quality care planning and delivery
- Oversee medication management in line with NMC guidance
- Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance
- Promote an open, honest and positive clinical culture
- Work collaboratively to deliver dignified, relationship-centred care
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration
- Willing to work towards ILM Level 5
- Strong leadership experience in a clinical care setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to high-quality, professional care
- Basic IT skills
