An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a luxury nursing and residential care home in North Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking care provider during the continued commissioning stages of a beautifully designed, purpose-built home which has been open for around a year. The service provides high-quality nursing and residential care within a modern environment focused on exceptional resident experiences.

Working alongside an experienced Home Manager, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting occupancy growth and shaping the culture and standards of the home. As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support with the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance and resident wellbeing are consistently maintained. You will lead and develop the clinical team, oversee audits and medication management, and support continuous improvement across the home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the overall management of the home
  • Providing strong clinical leadership to nurses and care teams
  • Maintaining high standards of person-centred care
  • Supporting with CQC compliance and governance
