An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Care Manager to join a well-established, highly respected private home care provider at one of their successful branches in Surrey. This branch currently delivers almost 400 hours of care per week and is supported by a strong operational structure, including 2 Care Coordinators, 1 Full-Time Field Care Supervisor, and 1 Part-Time Field Care Supervisor, providing excellent support across branch operations and care delivery.

The Role
- As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care alongside sustainable business growth.

- Leading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC compliance.

- Monitoring branch performance, quality, and profitability.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow and develop a service.
- Experience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Bonus potential up to £4,800 per annum. Additional on-call allowance. Genuine career progression within a growing national organisation.
