Bright Selection are delighted to be working with an established national home care provider to recruit an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager for a successful private-pay branch operation. This office-based role will oversee a branch delivering over 450 hours of care per week, supported by an in-house Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor alongside central Recruitment, Compliance and Marketing teams.
As Registered Manager for the branch, you will be responsible for the leadership, growth and overall performance of the service, ensuring high-quality care delivery and strong operational standards.

- Participate in the branch on-call rota.
Proven domiciliary care management experience is essential. Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance. Commercially minded with experience growing care hours. Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
