We are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to oversee a busy and established home care branch near to Watford delivering in excess of 1200 care hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, privately funded home care provider with an outstanding reputation for quality and person-centred care.
As the Registered Manager for the branch, you will be responsible for the overall performance, compliance and day-to-day management of the service. You will lead and motivate the branch team to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care while also ensuring the branch operates successfully from a commercial and operational perspective.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading branch operations and team performance
- Driving quality, compliance and care standards
- Managing and supporting office and field-based staff
- Maintaining and improving CQC performance
- Developing sustainable growth within the branch
- Building strong relationships with clients and families
- Managing rota participation and operational responsibilities
Requirements:
- Previous experience within domiciliary care management
- Registered Manager experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
- A confident leader with excellent people management skills
- Commercial awareness and operational understanding
- Ability to motivate and develop an experienced and longstanding team
- Experience managing private care services would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on skills and experience. Excellent bonus scheme and joining bonus with realistic additional earnings potential taking OTE up to £59,000 pa. Monday to Friday working hours. Strong regional and centralised support structure. Career progression opportunities within a national provider.
