You'll take ownership of an established service, leading a dedicated team while driving quality, compliance, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth within your local community.
As Registered Branch Manager, you'll provide strong leadership to your branch, ensuring exceptional standards of care are consistently delivered across domiciliary and live-in care services.
You'll support, develop and inspire your team, build lasting relationships with local healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and oversee the commercial performance of the branch.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
- Ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to every customer.
- Maintaining full CQC compliance and driving continuous quality improvement.
- Building relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals and community partners to support branch growth.
- Working closely with internal departments including Operations, HR, Quality and Finance.
- Managing branch budgets, KPIs and overall business performance.
- Supporting wider regional initiatives and sharing best practice across the organisation.
Requirements
- Previous management experience, ideally within domiciliary care.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- A good understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary of up to £42,000 plus a performance-related bonus of up to £6,000.
