Bright Selection is delighted to be recruiting an Assistant Manager for a high-quality retirement living community in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care, retirement living or hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their management career.

You will work closely with an established General Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of a modern community and helping to create an engaging, welcoming and well-run environment for residents.

This is not a hands-on care role.

However, we are particularly interested in candidates with an understanding of older people s care and support needs, who can recognise when residents may require additional assistance and work effectively with families and external care providers.

A major focus of the position will be people leadership.

You will be a visible and approachable presence for the team, helping to bring colleagues together, recognise great performance and ensure employees feel engaged, valued and supported.
