Are you an experienced registered manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a well-established branch with strong existing care packages and significant long term potential? We are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to oversee a busy and established home care branch in the Southampton area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, privately funded home care provider with an outstanding reputation for quality and person-centred care.

As the Registered Manager for the branch, you will be responsible for the overall performance, compliance and day-to-day management of the service. You will lead the branch team to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care while also ensuring the branch operates successfully from a commercial and operational perspective.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading branch operations and team performance
  • Driving quality, compliance and care standards
  • Managing and supporting office and field-based staff
  • Maintaining and improving CQC performance
  • Developing sustainable growth within the branch
  • Building strong relationships with clients and families
  • Managing rota participation and operational responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within domiciliary care management
  • Registered Manager experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections
  • A confident leader with excellent people management skills
  • Commercial awareness and operational understanding
  • Ability to motivate and develop a newly formed team
  • Experience managing private care services would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Salary:

  • £40,000pa
